NEC Solution Innovators has launched the “NEC College for RPA”, an educational service that fosters human resources who will be ready for RPA (robotic process automation) and AI-OCR (optical character recognition using artificial intelligence). We aim to provide it to 50 companies in the next two years. At the company, the company’s experts who have been involved in RPA development work will utilize the knowledge and know-how gained so far to support the learning of students. The number of participants in RPA-related educational services provided by the company is approximately 1,300, and we will receive footbacks from the participants to provide optimized training programs. This service has an “admission course” that aims to learn RPA from the basics and aims to be a human resource who can work immediately, and an “open course” that allows you to select the base skills required for RPA human resources and acquire skills in a short time. In the “admission course”, you will learn programs from building RPA robots and operating AI-OCR tools to managing RPA robots, creating development standards, and developing for your own business, as well as leaders who promote RPA in-house. There is a training program. In addition, the six months are divided into four steps, and each step is structured so that you can steadily deepen your understanding by taking the training, tackling the tasks that put into practice the contents learned in the training, and the promotion test. No prerequisite knowledge of RPA or AI-OCR is required at the time of admission. In the “Open Course”, not only the operation method of RPA and AI-OCR tools that are useful for improving work efficiency, but also the visualization of the work to be applied, the calculation of the effect after application, the technique to expand the effect of introducing RPA, and the development of RPA robots. We have prepared more than 15 types of training programs, including know-how for improving efficiency and practical experience of development.
